Website information & privacy
This page explains how this promotional website works. It covers this website; game accounts, the launcher and community platforms are separate services.
A window into the world
This website presents BoomBang, its world, news and release information. You can browse it without creating an account. There is no embedded login, payment process or account database on this promotional website. During a closed beta, an access button may take you to the separate beta access service, which can request an email address and authenticate access under its own conditions.
Information when you visit
This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter forms or contact forms. Its pages, fonts, artwork and scripts are served from the website itself. The site does not set marketing cookies.
If you close an island-notes or project-support widget, sessionStorage remembers that choice for this tab's session. It stores only a closed/not-closed preference, without a name, email address or identifier sent to the server. If browser storage is unavailable, closing the widget still works on the current page.
The hosting provider may process technical access information, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information, to deliver pages, maintain the server and protect it from abuse. Those server logs are managed through the hosting service; the static website does not provide a user profile or account history.
Links and downloads
The project-support link opens the existing BoomBang Ko-fi page. This website does not embed Ko-fi, load its scripts or process a payment; visiting that page is your choice and its own policies apply.
Community and beta access links can take you to a separate platform or service. That provider's privacy settings and policies apply when you visit it, even if the service shares the BoomBang brand or domain. The website checks download availability before sending the installer; its download service does not request an email address or create an account. A launcher download, when enabled, is a separate Windows application; installing and using it is separate from browsing this website.
Release information
The homepage shows the current beta, launch and download information. Windows PC is the confirmed platform.
Artwork and identity
BoomBang names, visual assets and artwork are used here to present the game. This informational page does not grant a license to reuse those materials or set terms for a game account.
